Not sure where to start. Location wise, while its close to the subway, it is literally in the middle of nowhere. Rooms were OK (probably refurbished about 10 years ago), but found lots of hairs and stains on the sheets, and the new-ish furniture had tears in it. Doors are also paper thin. Service seems friendly enough, and the staff are as useful as they can be. The check-in window is behind bullet-proof glass, which based on the anger of some of the other guests at the hotel, seems like they had problems before.
