I am a great fan of independent book stores, especially small ones in out of the way places. Drury Lane is one of my favorites. It has a great variety of topics from current affairs to mysteries to North Shore stories. I would wager that one could find a great book on its shelves not matter how much you read or what topic you favored. Please stop, support independent book stores and buy a great book to add to your library.

There are so many great selections in this bookstore you could purchase your whole years worth of reading material here. We visit once a year in the fall and always look forward to getting some good reads. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to make reading suggestions. Such a great little bookstore!

If I had a book store this is how mine would look! Great classic authors, light and bright inside and fun gift ideas! Loved shopping in here!

Beautiful place to buy a book and walk outside to read it by the beauty of the lake! Small little place so there isn't a huge selection but very quaint. We were there when they had an event with William Kent Krueger. It was held outside by the water and was a fun experience to have a meet and greet and reading with the author on Lake Superior. They have events like that often so check in while you are there to see what events are happening.

This indépendant bookstore is worth the drive! The exterior is a darling little house and the interior has big windows that look out onto Lake Superior. It houses an excellent selection of books, including lots of regional books. The best part is really the staff. They are smart, nice and willing to spend lots of time with you. Join their bookclub. After 10 books, your next one is free. It doesn't expire. You also get a great newsletter. Ask staff for their recommendations. They have not disappointed me yet!
