Requested handicap room or bye and elevator we were on 3rd fl.rm.316 hard for wheelchair acess & elevator acess.Never offred to accommodate us.Said it was booking. com's falut.Would not recommend staying if handicapped. Got a room in Pigeon Forget payed less money for 3 nights & they were great with handicapped access.

Had a decent experience with the hotel. There was a lot of renovation that needed to be done, and a lot of renovation going on.

The saving grace was the continental breakfast attendant, Mitzi (bright red hair and great service and attitude).

Employees very nice , breakfast ok . Furniture rough shape ! Beds slept well, bath good. garbage truck wake up two days at 4 am . Close to downtown and Cades Cove !
