The cabin was awesome! We had a very relaxing getaway! The stream was the perfect setting and was so relaxing to sit beside.

My wife and I just stayed here for a whole week and we enjoyed every minute of it! There is just so much to appreciate- the creek, the trees, the giant window overlooking the creek, the cozy bed, the seclusion, the convenient location, the jacuzzi . Not to mention the fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and the charcoal grill.

The cabin is on an all-paved road with minimal hills and blind curves. It's just a mile off 321 which takes you right into the heart of Gatlinburg.

I booked this cabin a year in advance because I knew it would be everything I envisioned in "the perfect cabin" and boy, it was!

WE WILL BE RETURNING!

“Wonderful & comfortable 35th Anniversary stay!”
Reviewed July 5, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

We could feel the comfort & quiet as soon as we arrived. This was a wonderful cabin & just like the pictures online. Anne (the owner) had stocked everything we could possibly need. All was picture perfect & very clean!
Outdoor deck & front porch were also very nice. The mountain stream out back was much bigger than we thought it would be & the entire area of stream was lit up at night & that was quite a treat. We would definitely come back & stay at Rushing Waters Cabin.

“A wonderful quiet escape for any couple!”

I booked this cabin for my fiancee and I to celebrate my 25th birthday weekend. We arrived late Thursday evening and left Sunday afternoon. it was the best cabin I have stayed at and I have been coming to the Gatlinburg area for years.

The cabin was clean and well decorated, but not tacky. The hot tub (we used briefly one night because it was cooooold outside) was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the view from the bedroom in the morning through the main window. The creek was very peaceful and scenic.

Just down the road there are several orchards. We grabbed lunch one day and some homemade fried pies. There is a nice bookstore and a local diner called the magnolia tree that are worth visiting as well.

The entrance to the park is not far, which is why we chose this spot. Its quite and not touristy at all.

“Romantic Cabin in the Woods”

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It was very clean. There is another cabin close by, but it is still semi-private. The deck with the hot tub would be better if it was more private. But because of how the cabins are positioned, it would be difficult. The owner has tried to add privacy by adding a lattice panel. We are looking forward to returning!

We absolutely loved Rushing Waters cabin! It was equipped with everything we needed and is such a beautiful setting with the mountain stream lulling us to sleep every night. The cabin is close to the National Park and attractions, but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg etc. We did a lot of hiking in the Park, and it was great to relax in the cabin every night. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and decorated with lovely paintings the owner had painted. We will return in October to spend a few more weeks in this delightful cabin. We would highly recommend this cabin

It was so nice relaxing sitting in the hot tub listening to the sound of the the beautiful creek running by the house. The house is pretty secluded with a amazing view of the natural surroundings, but not too far off a main road.

If you want to head into town it's a short drive and the parking garage right before town is cheap and you never have to get in the mess on the parkway.
