This is one of my favorite sandwich chains at home and this one met the standard I've come to expect which is pretty good for the price. It's okay to eat there, but most people probably take it to go. They have a variety of sandwiches, grilled or not, in several sizes. They don't mind customizing the toppings. The fries are freshly cut with the skin, which I like. They have fresh squeezed lemonade and fresh brewed tea as well as standard Coke drinks.

I ordered a 12" Teriyaki chicken sub and received a soggy, open-faced disaster that was in no way capable of being hand-held. Paying extra for the 12" variant, I discovered the last two inches on either side were just soggy bread with a thin layer of melted cheese. The rest of the "sandwich" consisted of 80% wet, limp onions, 15% wet mushrooms and 5% chicken. There was nothing "teriyaki" about the flavor and hardly any "chicken" to speak of. There was, however, a prodigious amount of salt. I LIKE salty things, but this was too much even for me.
Just awful.

Went to penn station for the first time ever and it was bad from the start. Customer service was terrible. If the guy didn’t want to be there he shouldn’t have come in that day. I’ve never been here so no reason to be so rude! Food wasn’t bad other than of course the bread splits in half which makes sub hard to eat but still taste was pretty good. Decided to give it one more try, maybe that guy won’t be there. Good news is he wasn’t but this guy was just as bad. Zero personality and clearly not where he wanted to be at that time. Won’t go back that’s for sure!
