We stayed at Villa 41, Lonavala managed by Vista Rooms for a night. Although we loved the property most of it very luxurious looking stylishly done and is marketed as a 5 bedroom villa. I would say it fits the bill of being a 4 bedroom with extra sleeping arrangements that can be made. The 5th bedroom located on the first floor does not qualify as a bedroom and has no washroom. A few leakages and fixtures that were a problem (Lift/ Television not working)The interiors needed some mendings, leekages to be fixed and paint jobs.
But what made the experience worse was the care takers attitude towards almost everything. As much as we were in love with the property and happy when we arrived at the villa, the entire experience was shattered by arrogant care taker and the cook. We understand there are rules and we would love to abide by the same, but the way in which it was communicated was sheer disrespectful and by far the worst customer experience we’ve had. Everything that we asked for like making tea in the evening ( although we also offered to tip) seemed as though they were doing us a favour. Breakfast is pathetic. When u charge close to a five star property rate per couple (almost 10k per couple) one would expect a better breakfast to the least (no coffee+ only tea + poha +toast).The care taker here is the real put off to this property by far not co operating or communicating well with anything and the sheer attitude is arrogant and annoying to the say the least.

We had booked this villa for new years eve and paid more then double the price to have good experience, but vista villa people ruined everything with their worst possible hospitality and service and at the end we feel like cheated by false promises given to us by the vista villa representative at the time of booking.. “Vista Villa” full of cheaters and arrogant staffs and they are so much arrogant that they font even care to listen to us and take our calls. Food served was also of the worst quality and services in the villa was also not working and running condition

Villa 41 is a premium villa with great amenities. Visited this villa for a friends birthday and absolutely enjoyed my stay at this property. Their indoor theatre, pool and gaming area were the major highlights from my stay at this villa.
It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re planning a trip to Lonavala.

Such a awesome villa to stay.. well maintained..everything i say about this villa is less as its very luxurious, spacious, clean and with all the amenities like 5star hotels.. food is also good. Overall stay was so awesome

1 review Had great fun# relaxation... With friends... Luxury ambiance and service... Jacuzzi, pool, dance floor, private movie theater and indoor games.. Food was very nice... On time meals with very good service... Will surely book a next trip with family.

Visited with friends that was awesome Villa. Excellent swimming pool food and housekeeping service is Best and awesome gaming area and dance floor.Must visit place
