Description: Slippery Stone is a relaxing casual eatery. The open kitchen and bar created a unique feeling of warmth and hospitality. A Balinese feel is presence due to breathtaking rice-paddy views, and the local farmers going about their day-to-day business. Our overall aim is to be accessible to everyone, a local haunt that people can afford to visit 2 or 3 nights a week.Philosophy Our passion is to deliver a truly unique experience, which is completely removed from the everyday. Whether it is the incredible food, with its exploration of the harmonies of flavors and its incredible beauty on the plate, or our staffs, whose sole aim is to create for you a seamless unique experience and capture the essence of our true hospitality. AmbianceThe airy space is large, with comfortable cushioned bench style seats as well as sofas, and the typical table placements, in a rice field setting so typically Balinese, around a pond water feature.

We visited slippery stone on Friday night and it was absolutely fantastic.

The decor is completely over the top, complete with indoor fountains and a statue of Zeus. It's reminiscent of something you'd expect to find in Vegas.

Instead of ordering off the menu, the chef visited our table and created a banquet for us.

Whilst the food was excellent, it was only a part of the overall amazing experience.

Thank Gary M

It was our last night in Seminyak after two weeks. A fellow traveller found Slippery Stone and recommended it. It was like walking into a Hollywood film set. You knew it was created yet felt like you might be in Greece. Amaze balls! Sensational music, at times like a night club. Made us want to dance, the waiters did! Food was delicious, especially the platter of dips. Owner Sammy is so personable, open to suggestions. We were sad we hadn't found it before. Impeccable service. See you next time!

overall was good dining experience.
the decoration and atmosphere send you right away to a Greek island.
the food is good overall. I recommend the giros lamb and slow cooked chicken.

we took the "banquet" package at 300k Rp ++, minimum 2 pax makes it at 600 k Rp++.
This set menu and what we see in the menu tell us we are about to experience fine dining.
again the food is good. but the presentation totally lacks of attention.
we've been to Greece and we enjoy Greek food.

the mezze plate is the first one coming and the first impression is not good. the presentation is poor and the quantity is low, st such level that we had to ask if it is for 1 or 2 pax...

another point we did not like, the waiter is not clear at all in his explanation of the set menu.there is a salad in this set. we first asked for a Greek salad but we end up with a tomato salad. simply because the waiter ask to me first then to my wife what salad we want. I first said Greek, then my wife said tomato. then only tomato landed on the table.

another little disappointment is about the ending. the waiter mentioned she brings some complimentary baklava but never came...
