The staff from the front gate and all the way through the hotel are friendly and polite. The rooms are very spacious and modern with those cosy touches that make it feel like your home away from home. There is an abundance of facilities to suit all tastes from lounging by one of the many pools to yoga in the morning, a massage perhaps or just keeping up to speed with the rest of the world with the internet facitities to name a few. A little more attention could be paid to room availability as I asked at the front desk if it was possible to stay for 1 more week for leisure instead of business, but was told that there were not any rooms available. Later that day when conducting a search for another hotel to continue my stay in Bali, the Pullman Legian Nirwana was showing that it had rooms available for a 1 week stay. Not knowing what information was correct I managed to book another hotel in the area to continue my stay in Bali. I was very impressed with helpfulness of the staff to assist me with booking another hotel and even arrange transportation to the hotel for me. I must say that this level of service is a rare thing to find these days but is not easily forgotten.

We stayed recently at the end of our honeymoon and was able to secure a room at the Pullman, after having an unsavoury experience at another Kuta hotel. We stayed in A deluxe Premium room, as that was all that was available. Rooms very clean and modern and spacious. Big size bathrooms with great rain head shower and large size bath. Bed very comfy. Great roof top infinity pool and overall appearance of the hotel very pleasant. The buffet breakfast was awesome, massive selection of various types of foods and even had vegemite, which was a plus for me. Walking distance to great places to eat and shop. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed recently for 10 nights in a Deluxe Room, whilst it is rated as a 5 Star, by Australian standards it would probably rate more like a 4 Star Hotel. Service is outstanding, extremely friendly, courteous and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The only downside, is the Balinese Finish of the Hotel (paint job etc.), and the plumbing our Shower had Hot Water only for awhile in spurts of warm and cold... it was rectified after a few days. Overall though the location is excellent across the road from the beach, restaurants up the road and shopping.

We would stay here again, as the location, staff and breakfast was outstanding also the Infinity Edge Pool is amazing!

My wife and eldest son are celiac and we were quite concerned about food so we ended up calling the hotel to let them know of our special dietary requirements. We were very pleasantly surprised by the way in which they catered to our needs. We ate all our meals at the hotel and they even prepared take out lunches for my wife and son when we went out on a day trip - food was also very reasonably priced.

The hotel had ordered in gluten free bread for us and over the 9 night period there was always a supply on hand. At dinner times the friendly and helpful staff were eager to assist and they often made up special meals or substituted ingredients for us to ensure all meals were gluten free.
The hotel is also in a very good location and of course, being new, facilities are of a very high standard. There is also a roof top pool and decor etc is great. I would like to recommend adding this hotel to your list of gluten friendly places in Bali. It is however a good idea to email or call the hotel a few days before your arrival so they can ensure a supply of bread.

Room Tip: we had 3 interleading rooms for a family of 5, it was great

Plus+ great new clean hotel
Service- variable - from very efficient to slow
Beautiful bathrooms- drainage an issue, sometimes the smell come up via the drainage holes- very unpleasant.
Big Minus - paper thin walls- can hear people next door talk and even have sex!!!
