A very pleasant place, homely and serene. The view of the Train up on the hills is indeed breathing. The service was good,a renovation was in progress, so it'll be better in time to come. It's lady manager Imalka Thillekaratne is quite a live wire. Quite willing to listen to any progressive advice given. Thumbs up from me for another visit.

We stayed for one night at Amaya Langdale and enjoyed it thoroughly: The setting, the garden and the views are amazing, the staff is very efficient and friendly and the pool, the grass tennis court as well as the golf putting green are very nicely arranged. A highlight certainly is to get a guided tour by hotel employee Mani (spelling?) through the surrounding tea plantations.

We visited the Spa that is part of this amazing property. Can't rate it highly enough; the setting is spectacular, the booking was prompt (we last minute phoned them after a morning walk to World's End, and they accomodated 2 people no issue). The therapists were excellent and friendly. Absolutely go to this place.
Price is very good, approx 5000 rupees for an hour is excellent by Australian standards. Thank you so much for a perfect afternoon and wonderful memories.

The boutique style small hotel is conveniently located within a thirty minute drive from the Nuwaraeliya town center. Located on a hillside facing a range of mountains gives you a splendid view of the tranquil environment.

The hotel included modern amenities with spacious rooms, landscaped gardens, and playing areas. The staff offers warmth while they attend to the special needs of the travelers. Though there is no buffet option, the quality and the quantities of food offered are appetizing whereas, if they had few more dining options on those menus would be a great plus point.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the second floor facing to the road. You will get the long range mountain view. Room 206 can be one of the best.

We spent the time there peacefully. The rooms were neat and tidy. The food was delicious but the variety to choose from was quite limited. The view was nice and the staff was friendly. The prices in the bar were however a little high. The manager was concerned about the customers most of the time. Overall, we had a great time during our stay.

Room Tip: The room 207 had a nice view
