Two visits, a month apart, at the very beginning and very end of December. First I visited with my brother around breakfast-time and we sat at the counter, which is actually fairly roomy - I'm glad they have resisted the probably temptation to squeeze in another stool. We both had fairly standard breakfast fare - I a corned beef hash, he some egg and bacon thing - and it was solid or a little better.
Next visit there were 6 of us, including two kids, squeezed into one of their booths which *barely* accommodate that number, and I had to try something not from the breakfast menu, so I chose the vegan massaman curry - a very mildly spicy coconut curry with lots of veggies and coconut rice - which was really excellent. HUGE bowl but I forced myself to eat it all, had to be a glutton with this. My sister-in-law had something like a vegan cheese steak with tempeh, which I tried; I normally hate tempeh but this wasn't bad, so big points for that. Everybody else I think was pretty satisfied with a variety of choices. Coffee is above-average diner coffee, fine when you're eating but I wouldn't come here just for that.
So the huge menu should have enough for nearly any taste, it's good stuff - there are also desserts but we couldn't manage any - and the service is fine. Only real negatives are the crowding and parking which they probably can't do anything about without moving - I don't think there's any way for them to expand in this space. We had a 40 minute wait on a Saturday for the group, which all things considered wasn't so terrible, and there are plenty of places to walk to within a couple of blocks in the area while you're waiting.
