This is a very new hotel and provides a welcome alternative to those existing in the area. Just spent 4 nights there on business. Being new everything is still shiny and fresh. The room was huge with a huge living room dining area and kitchen combined. The bedroom was comfortably large enough to accommodate the king sized double while the bathroom was enormous. In fact the whole room was large than many apartments I've been in. Wifi in the room was fast. The air conditioning unit in the living room was unfortunately very noisy and the controls on the wall ignored by the machine. With only a small vent on the bedroom I had to keep the bedroom door open for the cold air to flow in from the living room. Even so it wasn't quite as fresh and cool in the bedroom as I would have preferred. I only at breakfast in the hotel. It was fairly typical of these business hotels. Small selection but everything was fresh the area very clean and all in all allowed a solid start to the day. I didn't take the opportunity to sample the free happy hour drinks and food but many others did. How long they keep that going is anyone's guess but it's certainly a great idea. As I'd been travelling for more than a day from Malaysia and obviously looked suitably exhausted Victoria coolly booked me in without even worrying about payments or deposits saying we could sort it out the next day. That was such a welcome thing at that moment. She also helped smooth out one or two other glitches as did Dwanna when there were multiple deduction notifications from the hotel on my credit card. Again a potentially minor crisis was dealt with calmly and pleasantly. It was much appreciated.
