Met expectations as a quaint and charming hotel that very much felt like a seamless part of the city. Very close (walking distance) to many of the attractions like Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Jackson Square, the river park, and the market. Lacked some of the standard amenities of chain hotels (microwave, fridge, modern style), but was worth the authentic Nola ambiance.
Appreciated the complementary breakfast, computer/printer services, and accommodation of our awkward arrival and departure times with respect to the set check-in/check-out times.
Stayed here with girlfriends Halloween weekend. We could easily hear the movements and footsteps of people walking in the room above ours, but not enough to really disturb me.More
