Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here with my brother for two days.

The rooms are clean and have a great balcony.

The hotel also have a really nice relax area with different kinds of saunas along with a great view over the valley.

The Breakfast have most of the things you could ask for with great service staff.

The only downside is the limited amount of parking space.

Vaya hotel is well located in Solden for hiking, skiing, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. There is underground parking as well as bays in the street. We booked a suite for 4 nights which overall was spacious, very clean and comfortable. There was a large ensuite off the bedroom as well as a second separate bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom didn't have a huge amount of space around the bed, in fact it was a little cramped and access to part of the wardrobe was tricky. However, the lounge area was very spacious with a double sofa bed, fridge, TV, comfortable chairs and a table. Plenty of storage space is available in other parts of the suite which is great for those who have lots of luggage such as skis and boots - although there is a separate room in the basement to store these too. A large balcony surrounds the whole floor allowing those staying there to sit outside should they wish to enjoy the scenery and socialise with other guests if required as there are no barriers.
Breakfast was included in our stay which included a very nice variety of foods on the buffet section as well as a menu offering cooked breakfasts which were served by polite staff.
We had dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. The staff were efficient and the ambience was very relaxed. A very enjoyable experience all round.

Room Tip: The suites are very roomy and ideal for a group of 4 people.

This season, this was our 2nd time in this hotel so it says for itself :)

Cozy place, good location even in walking distance to the lift, nice staff, everything with a great alpin atmospehere.

The only thing I am missing is more place to rest in the wellness area, also swimmingpool/jaccuzzi would be nice to have...

The hotel restaurant is a perfect place to have dinner

Esquisite restaurant, with excellent service and tasty food. Also, very good wine selection.
Pumpkin and ginger soup incredible tasty, as well as pasta, grilled meat and veggie burger.
Definitively one of the best choice in Soelden.
Good to know: free wifi!

We stayed in a suite on the 3rd floor which had wonderful views with a Bedroom, en-suite, Lounge with sofa bed, bathroom and a separate WC.

Excellent room, but no welcome water or kettle!

Very helpful staff at reception, and always welcoming.

Julian and Jarek in the Bar/Restaurant were also very friendly, and a pleasure to talk to.... however our meal in the restaurant was a disappointment.

We ordered a Tomahawk steak (listed as dry aged, and sliced thinly on the menu) and was in fact later stated as the finest wet steak - but was so tough and chewy it was sent back!

This then resulted in Raymond the Manager choosing to have an argument with us, saying there was nothing wrong with the steak - even though the waiter had struggled to try and slice it into thick wedges!

The fact the vegetables and peppercorn sauce were served cold, seemed to be another argumentative point.

Such a shame that he chose this method of attracting other diners attention to something that could of been easily resolved.

If you are going to try and argue about steak, you need to know your steaks!

Breakfast was luke warm and greasy, and no English Tea!

Excellent hotel, but the restaurant needs to be improved - such a waste of great area.
