We stayed in cabin #1 for two nights. Check in was fast and friendly, and we ate dinner at the on site restaurant that night, too. Delicious AND convenient! The location is near Exit Glacier, only about a 10 minute drive, which made a quick visit very easy. The town of Seward is very close, too.
The cabins are basic, as you'd expect, but have everything you need for a short stay including a fridge and microwave, towels, and a TV. There is an in room heater which does the job, and the bathroom is clean and cosy, although the shower head is uncomfortably low for those on the taller side. The cabin is small, but hopefully you aren't spending too much time in there anyway!
One suggestion, though: black out curtains in a place like Alaska should be a no brainer during tourist season. More
