When we arrived to this hotel we were pleased to see a nice smile from a friendly receptionist in which she did recognise me due to the status that I have with this hotel chain.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were very soft. Had they been hard, I would been unable to have a good night's sleep in which that is a must.

The breakfast and dinner were served at the restaurant in which if you leave the hotel, then all you need to do is to doublé to your right and it is open seating,

I highly recommend to anybody to check out this hotel for himself or herself.

Friendly and helpful staff who assisted us in planning our first day in Seattle. Large, clean rooms. About a 12 minute walk to the Space Needle and 20 minutes to Pike Place Market. A bit away from the center of the tourist-craziness.

Rooms are large spacious and really well equipped.

Really does have everything that you may want. WiFi is good and location is good as well, nice and close to downtown.

Dexter is pretty busy street and highway isn’t far away so noise can carry but it’s really not that bad.

Downside is Food, the attached grill really isn’t very good and breakfast doesn’t open till 6:30am which is a bit later than ideal...but plenty of chain and independent cafes or options

We stayed here two nights before an Alaskan cruise a few weeks ago. It's a no-frills kind of hotel, but it's clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. The wi-fi was also reliable and reasonably speedy. There's not a lot in the immediate area, but it's only a 20 minute walk to the Seattle Center so you're not that far away from plenty to see and do! I don't know that this hotel would be my first choice if I returned to Seattle, but I wouldn't regret staying here again if the price was right.

Well I spent a week on a business trip in holiday inn downtown. I arrived very late at 10:30. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and attentive. I got a room that was spacious, clean and tidy. The really nice thing about the room was the wireless and the charging docks for USB and normal power outlet next to the bed and in the desk. The food though was kinda mediocre I ordered twice room service from Emerald grill and I regretted doing that. If you want to get food get from a different place.

I’d stay again in that hotel.
