The cuisine is classic, not innovative. Dark seating indoors, nice patio on the side patio, can see the beach. Good lamb shank, salmon with pasta. Nice drinks, wine is decently priced. My Sicilian sister in law approved!

Everything was delicious. We had calamari, lamb shank, and pasta carbonara; would recommend all. Bread and salad were wonderful too. Definitely busy, we were told there would be a half hour wait (Friday night at 715) but they had a table ready for us in less than ten minutes. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates good food.

We were there on a recommendation, for a special anniversary. We were told we could not make reservations, and to get there early for a seating. We arrived early and waited for them to open. As we went in, we mentioned why we were there. Because we were the first ones waiting, we expected a good table. We were lead to the back in a dark area, next to the bathroom! (No view).
The waitress was very helpful with decisions about food choices. We found that food was okay, but over priced. The restaurant is small, and the best thing about it is the view of the water....that is if you aren’t seated next to the bathroom!

'Definitely the best I've experienced so far! From the intimate seating to the attentiveness of the wait staff, the experience is great. As for the food, my Bronx-born Italian family members were knocked out...'need I say more?

We must have passed by this place a half dozen times during a weeklong trip to Seattle before discovering its true identity. It looks like a general store on the outside and couldn’t be more unassuming. I couldn’t imagine this was a restaurant at first glance, and nothing could have prepared me for the deliciousness inside.

We made same day reservations for 8 people on a Friday night! We found parking around the corner and walked into the small dining room that looks like an old Italian villa with views across the sound to the Olympics. The service was prompt and courteous; the menu, extensive. A limoncello/bourbon cocktail got things started with a strong kick, followed by a house salad and fresh focaccia. Dinner entree highlights from our party included boar cheeks over pappardelle, rigatoni with ricotta and pancetta, and the linguine with clams in lemon garlic sauce. No room for dessert, which may have been a mistake after eyeing what other tables were getting! I would gladly return in a heartbeat.
