We happened on this delightful establishment whilst exploring L'isle sur la Sorgue. Two glasses of wonderful Rhone wine, fabulous Compte cheese, bread and walnuts. Charming and knowledgeable proprietor. A great way to pass some time.

This is a real artisan cheese and wine delight!
We ordered white wine and a cheese and charcuterie selection. The offering was fantastic (see the pictures). This is a great venue, vintage, with lots of atmosphere. Service is slow but well intended, the owners are simply cheese experts with a passion for everything cheese. I speculate they can name the cows, sheep and goats who contributed the milk for the cheese.
Great, just great!
Just go!

A great little find, fantastic cheeses and an excellent selection of reasonably priced good wine.

We went here on Saturday night for some cheese and wine and they were having a mini concert outside with extra tables, sadly it rained but we all piled inside and carried on regardless, lots of fun.

Stephane's place is the only place for cheese and great wine in L'isle. An adept since 2010. *
I live here so can't fill in the "when did you leave" part.
