My family stayed at the Grand Hotel Villa Torretta in Milan after touring Northern Italy for 15 days by car. We stayed there for two nights before departure back to the U.S. and we were amazed with the Front Desk service and with the overall historical hotel. Both Martina and Francesco helped us out superbly with our questions including our Airport Covid-19 testing requirements. They helped us to arrange for the rapid swab test to be done in our room by the traveling service in the early morning. Thank you!! We were able to use the rest of the day visiting Lake Como with peace of mind.
The hotel is really special because of its history and close proximity to Milan center. The facility is well taken care of and the breakfast was very good with a very attentive wait staff. I rate the overall customer service in the top 5% in all of Hilton. I have been a Hilton Diamond/Gold member for over 20 years and traveled extensively using all Hilton hotel brands.
