I was guest of this hotel for only one night. My husband and I came to Cambridge to meet a young lady from California in town on business. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, no request was ignored or denied; could not have asked for better accommodation. The bed was so comfortable that even after having tripped and fallen while walking back from dinner, I slept peacefully all night.
The only shortcoming (if one thinks of it as such) for the hotel, is the lack of lounge for drinks while meeting friends. But the ‘Cambridge Galleria’ is within walking distance, so if really that is important; one can go to that location where plenty of places offer drinks. At my age I prefer a quite place so even for dinner the shopping mall was too noisy.
I liked the hotel so much and found the location so convenient to everything important to me that I plan to stay there each time I visit the City, because I live in the South Shore (South of Boston), parking is free at the hotel and public transportation is a few steps away.
I do want to recognize in particular Linda, Peter and Rafael (Raffaele?) and thank each of them for their help.More
