The staff is not trained, not professional, and not managed. Someone is polite and kind, someone is really irritating. When you arrive with the car you park up the hill and wait 10-30 min for the bus to take you to the reception. I had to download the luggage from the bus. Thery don’t take you to the accomodations, and there are quite no directions to the cottages, so I had to go around randomly for 20 min to find mine. At the buffet restaurant, after a long que for the grilled seafood, the cook tried to give us only shrimps, cause he was reserving the squeed for the next ones, and when I said I would wait he got very nervous. I complained with the maitre, who saw everything, but he was not able to do or anything or excuse himself. At the end the cook took his revenge, serving us very small portions of not yet cooked squeed. I could continue with a list of unpleasant episodes, but I will just add that the right price for such a bad service should be less than 100€ per night, not 275€ as we payed.
