Nothing but good things to say about our three nights here. Best example of the experience was when we had to leave a night earlier than planned because of a family issue, a non refundable night we had already paid for, they insisted that we have our money back before we left. There was also one instance of too much noise one night, and the manager took care of this immoderately as soon as we brought it to her attention. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling with a small child especially. They were great to us, and what a beautiful area.

We have stayed there for a week in July. The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodated all our needs, including changing the room when we didn't like the one we were given initially (a bit too much noise from the entertainment by the pool). The room condition and amenities were very good, we've particularly appreciated the organized beach umbrellas, but the main highlight of the trip was of course Cala Gonone itself and the surroundings - amazing beaches with snorkeling opportunities, secluded beaches reachable only by boat or by foot, plenty of non-beach sights as well (for example a beautiful cave right on the city boundary, and super impressive canyon Gorropu is just a 40-minute drive plus a 2-hour hike away).

Room Tip: Consider rooms further away from the pool if you like to sleep before 23:00

We spent a week in this resort, we read all the reviews and that is why we decided to stay in Parco blu. Clearly the reviews were correct and very adjusted to the reality.
The room was spacious and very very clean as all the hotel, they clean the bedroom every day, which is great and not so common.
The personal was super friendly and always help us with a big smile to any requirement as for example a late check-out.

The pool was clean and the beach is amazing, cristal waters, you can see the fishes, very calm for kids, the resort provides you chairs and beach umbrellas, they even install them for you.
The animation team was friendly, although they did not speak any english, as we don't speak italian we never participate in anything but it's fine, we have a small child, but they have activies for kids from 6 years I would say.

The food was incredibly good, you have white, red wine included in lunch and dinner, also juices and waters, the breakfast is every day the same but it's enough: a lot of pastries, bread, cheese and eggs. The lunch was different every day, same as dinner, you have every day 4 options for pasta, they were delicious and also you have barbecue every dinner.
Personal at the restaurant are really nice and helpful.
We spent a wonderful week, we were very relaxed and we ate well at the amazing beach, we will back next year definetely.

Staff is very friendly and happy. Most of them understood English. Swimming pool is ok, nothing special. I like the football/soccer that is here. It's nice that you park right beside the hotel. Breakfast is nothing special, lunch is good, and dinner is great! The room we had was a family room with 3 beds and a double-bed. One problem was the door in our room. It didn't work. We couldn't close it. Shower is tiny, but the room was clean enough. The fridge wasn't very good either, but it worked, i guess. Overall an ok hotel, nothing special.
