We stayed for a week at Villa Patriarca Hotel 2 children and 4 adults and had an amazing holiday.
The hotel was ideally located, we were able to visit Venice on a number of days as its only a short bus ride away, and also Verona and Trieste while still managing to spend lots of time by the pool.
The staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. And the food was excellent.
The town of Mirano is lovely and has lots of Wine Bars and Gelaterias.
We would definitely recommend the hotel and will return there again.
All in all an ideal holiday.

My wife and I stayed at the Villa Patriarca for a week in mid-July. The hotel is a 30 minute bus ride from Venice and the bus stop is just outside the hotel and runs every 20 mins. The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean and well organized. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable (a bonus as I'm 6'8"). The grounds are well kept and the pool was the icing on the cake as it was very hot during our visit. The best quality of this hotel is their staff; Marco, Julietta, Aliza, Beneditta and Stephania couldn't do enough whether it was answering mundane tourist questions or helping us arrange trips to Verona and Treviso. By far the best hotel staff we have had the pleasure to know in all our travels throughout Europe.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice or the surrounding area.

Room Tip: Request a room facing the pool for a great view of the countryside

We stayed four nights at Villa Patriarca. The house is located outside the center of Mirano, roughly 15 minutes to go. An older part of the building has been expanded with a newer annex. Everything is fresh and clean, lots of wooden ceilings, space to sit and read, restaurant inhouse.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool-area perfect during hot summer days.
One big minus: The breakfast could be much better. Typical breakfast which you can get all over the world. We missed anything local pr typical, e.g. cheeses or real bread.

So me and my friend Izzy stayed in this hotel for 9 nights and all of the staff were so lovely and very helpful. The hotel is located in a very nice quiet area and it's very easy to get to Venice (which gets you everywhere else) as the bus stop is right outside the hotel and is about a 45 minute drive :) The hotel is amazing and I would like to go back again :)

First of all, the staff are excellent but they do sometime make assumptions that you know how things operate so ask even the most obvious question. An example was they were great helping us plans trip into Venice, bus times, costs where and when but they didn't mention you can't pay on the bus! You have to have a ticket beforehand! When we mentioned it at reception at the end of the day, they said "yes we know that, we have tickets here....so ask everything!

The restaurant is great and my wife, who likes good food said the standard was excellent.
It is quirky, the team don't always seem to know what is going on but they are very sweet and well intentioned. I speak no Italian so their English being good was a great bonus. We really enjoyed our 2 nights. There were little things to pick at like the garden needed tending, no cold drinks by the pool but overall good value for money.

Room Tip: There are no rooms that noise is a problem as the hotel is set back from the road. Higher numbers are further from reception.
