During a business trip to Malta we stayed in the international hotel , it is a modern hotel but as I was given a room at the end of the complex a 400-500m walk was the order and no porter to take my bags (4) the room itself was well appointed with all the amenities one would expect in a 4* hotel , the route to the room was also an exercise in navigation as the signage was poor . Breakfast was good with a large selection buffet , but yet again getting there was not the easiest as the signs were non existent , including the lifts which should say what floor to get off at as its not the ground floor but the first , parking is a nightmare and one needs to use the consierge parking as finding one yourself would be a challenge , plus just outside I've never seen so many cigarette butts , supply a bin and tidy up as it lowers the whole tone of arrival .
So if you want a central hotel but with a lot of bars adjacent so noisy at night , then this is for you , if on the other hand your working then ask for some where at the back , even then it's not completely quiet
