Only two good things, location and money. This hotel is cheap. Good for your pocket😃 Wifi signal very poor. This hotel have two wifi, one is free and poor, second one is good, but if you want good internet you need extra pay. If you want tv as well extra costs. Mattress and pillows is uncomfortable and old. I found used forks on the wardrobe 😃 cleaners didn’t check everything i think..
As I write this review I am sat at the pool at 15.36 and am sorry to say that the pool bar, as advertised shut at 15.00 and the music was switched off at 15.15. If I was an all inclusive patron their would be nowhere to get a drink and I would be very cross even as a B&B customer I do like regular drinks in the heat and I feel that this isn’t good enough.
The public areas of this hotel are beautiful but as with all hotel accommodation in Malta the rooms are inadequate and very tired looking. We were handed a TV remote on checking in but the TV is fitted with a 2pin plug and the sockets are 3 pin what more can I say. Very disappointed.
Just wanted something reasonably priced for myself and my Granddaughter,. I was not expecting to much for the price, but it was really lovely. Spotlessly clean and lovely big room. The staff were really lovely and helpful, also just around the corner from supermarket and bus station
Stayed here for a week in a budget room with no balcony. Not a hotel you want to spend long evenings in, room don’t have fridge, and cleaning forgot towel and bedsheets a couple of times. It does the job if you are just looking for a place to sleep. Location is great though! Near bus station and not far from Bugibba square.
I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. It is not a very good place. Some people think that international english school is the worst in this hotel, but I will say NO. The worst things are :
1. Noise from the pool, because citizens of this town especialy mothers with smal 3-6 years children. They make a greate noise until 18.00 when pool closes. Noise come not from the balcon door, but from the main room door. It goes through the stairs, corridor and door.
2. Other noise. This hotel is popular place for mariges. (I saw 2) Parties are held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They make a grate noise and held until 23.00. So you cannot sleep until 23.00 o'clock. Sometimes BINGO is held in the pool area. Until 22.00. Thet are not very noise, but noise is also included.
3. Security. My door could be opened by everything, for example : coin, other key credit card, spoon, knife and etc. And everybody can enter the room. You can rent a safe. It costs 2.5 euro per day.
4. Hotel has got a free wifi, but it is very bad. Sometimes it dose not work. It always writes : internet connection is lost, eror of checking the truth of wifi and others. But you can buy normal internet. It costs a lot.
I think that it is all minuses, but there are some pluses:
1. Kind and helpfull people who work here.
2. Food.
3. Fan and AC.
4. Position.
5. Good beds.
