We were traveling with our 5 year old. The $28 self parking fee was more than a bit ridiculous! Also the restaurants offer nothing that any "normal" child would eat (Salmon, Cesar Salad were the more simple items). The room was nice but when we arrived the fridge door had been left open and the freezer froze over leaving the door unable to be closed, they did replace it quickly. The AC in the room was not very cold at all and ran constantly trying unsuccessfully to keep the room at 76 degrees. Location was nice with shopping but CRAZY busy including all surrounding restaurants.

When I needed assistance while stayung at the Westin, I met a security officer, a Officer Randolph. I just wanted to take a moment and let The Westin know that he was such a helpful and friendly guy. I felt safe and secure as he gave me directions and escorted me to my room. Thanks again Officer Randolph.

This hotel is not the grand dame of Atlanta. The exterior could use a bit of a face-lift, including the scary, under-lit, rather isolated area around and in the under-garage parking for an amazing $28.00 per night.

Public areas are compact, but with a spacious feel. Rooms are nice, but hot at night with controlled temperatures. We requested that the automation be released and were told that an engineer would come up. It never happened, however that particular night the room was cooler. After that hot, hot, hot. I was sagging and tired by the time we left.

The room key is a security measure and must be used for everything, so don't lose it! Not my idea of Westin hospitality! Next door to Lenox Square Mall, almost. Great shopping in the area. Highly trafficked.

Stayed here for a trade show. Self parking $28 a night. Underground parking lot. Hotel near many shopping areas and restaurants. Walking distance to many restaurants. Room was nice but no upgrade given as a gold member. Comfortable bed and nice amenities in the bathroom. Executive lounge was open all night as not enclosed. Breakfast was decent as was appetizers. Fitness center had plenty of working machines. Do not lose your key as you will need to get around the hotel and up in the elevators. Overall decent stay.

Clean room, very polite and attentive staff. Nothing in the minibar which meant I had to get dressed to go to the lobby for a snack at 11:30pm - an unnecessary nuisance.

Workout gear rental is the best idea the hospitality industry had in a long time. That was the sole driver of my decision to stay at the Westin.
