From the doormen to the bartender to the maid service: WOW! Service all the way around was always at the best. We asked for extra towels: boom! we got them. we asked for more coffee: boom! we got it. It was located right next to a Starbucks and Einstein bagel place, so, bingo! we had breakfast within walking distance. It's located within walking distance of a park and a supermarket. The taxi service Crown Cab was excellent!

I stayed at this hotel during three different conferences. The hotel is located right in mid-town with access to many good restaurants and activities. Each time I arrived, I was greeted by friendly front desk staff. They were always very accommodating if I needed to check-in early or needed anything else.

The rooms are a great size, all suite style with a living area and a separate bedroom. In the living area, you have a couch and tv, desk, wet bar area and mini fridge. The desk is spacious and very easy to work from. The beds are comfortable and I slept well each night I was there. There is a second tv in the bedroom. One of my favorite parts of my stay was the fact that you can access your Netflix account from the hotel tv's!

The bathrooms have a nice large shower and a separate soaking tub. The sink and vanity sit outside the bathroom which is convenient if one person needs to get ready while the other showers. The closet was a good average size.

I visited the gym multiple times during my stays. The gym has an assortment of cardio equipment as well as free weights and weight machines. The gym is fine for a workout but nothing special. Perfect for getting in and getting a workout done. It also overlooks the pool area.

This hotel is great for conferences and did a great job of catering each day I was there. Wide variety of offerings.

The hotel has a restaurant and bar in the lobby. I ordered room service several times and the food was great.

Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when visiting the Atlanta area.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a high floor! The higher the floor, the better the view.

To start I would like to say that the service here was impeccable, they were extremely courteous and tended to our requests promptly. My concerns are specifically to the room.

This hotel is right in the middle of Midtown and there are plenty awesome bars and restaurants very close to the hotel. The bar at the 4 seasons next door was excellent.

The room was just not great. The bed was not very comfortable, the couch was very hard so being in the room was not a comfortable experience. Our biggest issue was with the AC. It’s September in ATL so it’s hot, we were really needing a break from the heat and couldn’t rely on our room being cool. The hotel is old and it shows.

Our nephew was getting married at Piedmont park and they chose another close by hotel and arranged rooms for out-of-town guests, but we stayed at this hotel because it was just as nice(actually nicer) and much more affordable, plus it was only a block away from the other.

As Platinum members, we were entitled to a lovely breakfast in their restaurant every morning. All the staff in the hotel was very nice, except for one cranky lady at the front desk, but the restaurant staff was particularly great.

As the title indicates, all the rooms are suites and therefore none are significantly different than another, but we did get a corner room which afforded a nice view.

We did have some issues with housekeeping. They left towels and soap, etc in a bag by our door and didn't make up our room despite no do not disturb sign.

They had a great "meet and mingle" with complementary red and white wine, lemonade and light snacks nightly

We recently booked rooms for a family wedding at this hotel, some 20 plus rooms reserved and everyone in our group had one or more problems with their stay. As one of the focal people for the wedding we heard daily stories of dissapointments with the property, staff and rooms. Several specific examples include a broken bed, so old and actually folded up lengthwise and cross wise that the guest had to sleep on the floor for their first night.
Since we had several children in our group, the hotel pool was supposed to be a big attraction, but the whole third floor smelled of mildewed carpet and vomit for the entire stay. The pool water was murky white and had floating white plastic on the surface that ended up sticking to any swimmer (micro plastics?) such that the parents we afraid to let the kids swim in the pool.
The elevators were not working during our stay and we had several people stuck on a broken elevator for over 20 minutes before they were rescued - but as far as I could see the elevators were never fixed so we told our group to avoid the inside elevators.
We also had fire alarms go off in a room at 3 am and when the hotel staff came to investigate they could not fix or figure out the problem. Another room had a backed up sink which filled the room with disgusting sewer smells. All in all not a single member of our group had an even free stay - at least one night was disturbed with a hotel foul up.
We of course informed the hotel staff and got what became a daily, perfunctory and ultimate meaningless apology.
Some of our group were woken up at 7 am by the front desk and threatened with eviction from the hotel by noon if credit cards were not updated. When I investigated this, the hotel front desk, back office and event staff had all tried to charge the credit cards which of course was blocked by fraud protection.

We did not even get the group greeting when our folks checked in as we were asked if we wanted points of breakfast with our stay, while the group booking included both. Our group was scattered all over the hotel, when we were assured that the group would be assigned rooms together.

All in all a very poor showing for this hotel. For the very same price, the rest of our wedding party stayed at the Loews Atlanta hotel - up the street - and had a wonderful care free stay for the weekend.

Please avoid this hotel in the future, the room furniture and mattresses are very old and worn out, the pool is toxic and the place on the whole needs a major upgrade to consider competitive with the other hotels in the area.

Room Tip: No good rooms but certainly avoid the third floor where the pool is located.
