First off, the map shows the restaurant as being up near the E15 when it is actually in Velilla, right down next to the water, across the street from the Bahia Tropical Hotel. We were on an evening stroll actually looking for another restaurant when we decided to stop in here for a drink and a Tapas. Service was quick and efficient. We had a generous plate of fried sardines and olives to go with our drinks. Unfortunately we were so badly harassed by hordes of mosquitoes that we quickly finished up and left. We walk along the beach every night and frequently stop in for a drink and we have never been bitten like this before. The place is decent and in a good location but eat inside if you decide to stop in. You will still get a great view but hopefully you won't spend as much time trying to keep from being eaten by bugs.
