A nice and easy walk from the Colonial Inn in downtown Concord. If you drive, you can park across the street in the large parking lot near the Minute Man National Historic Park sign. The Old Manse house is across from the parking lot but was not open the day we were there. You will also see several maps and placards explaining the North Bridge area and history as well as a couple of statues. The area itself is quite pretty and worth walking around. The Visitor Center is up the small hill and has a nice overlook. You may want to bring a picnic lunch to eat in this area.

We live near here and always bring guests to walk when they visit. It's easily accessible and includes audio history, statues and of course the bridge. It doesn't have to take long but the walk up to the museum is very pleasant and pretty.

This place takes you were it all started. A cozy walk picturing American history at its best. Nice historic site to visit in Concord.

It was a long time ago that the American revolution started here.

The north bridge and the area is well kept you can read the plagues etc to get all the information you need there is also a visitor centre next to the car park.

I still find it’s well worth the visit to go.

Find out about history yes you can read it online but actually going there is always the most important.

This location is where the British regulars were first turned back by the colonial minutemen on April 19, 1775, The Old North Bridge and the surrounding landscape have been preserved to look as natural as possible and allow visitors from all over the United States and the world to walk in the pastoral setting. There is a convenient parking lot close by on Monument Street and then a short walk on a relatively flat path allows the visitor to experience this most historic monument.
