My daughter booked this villa for 2 weeks and we were lucky enough to join them in the second week. It really is a special place. The location is quiet and peaceful, and there is plenty of space for families to enjoy themselves without being on top of each other. The bedrooms are large and the kitchen has everything you would need to self cater. The outside space is especially good, with a shady terrace with seating overlooking the pool .. Good for keeping an eye on children! I would recommend a car to get into the main part of Javea which is approx 1.5 miles away. Would also recommend the Indian Restaurant at the end of the road, within walking distance. All in all a fantastic place to stay with family or friends.

We have enjoyed 2 weeks in a great villa. The terrace which is in the shade all day was great as we could read and watch the kids in the pool. The owner has a great team there to look after the house when there is any issue. The house is also very well equipped. Overall we would recommend this villa. The owner also sends a sat nav with the keys and fantastic instructions. I would ask not to receive the sat nav next time as most car rental come with sat navs and the owner instructions are very good.

The villa has 5 star accommodation and facilities. Everything you need has been thought of. The pool heating was a necessity for the time of year and meant that it could be used all day long by the children. The jacuzzi was a peaceful haven for the adults! Too hot for the children! You do need a car to drive everywhere as the villa is not very near any shops or beaches but that does mean it is a nice quiet location. I would definitely recommend this villa without hesitation.

1 review We had a great time at the Villa. The heated pool and jacuzzi were our favourite facilities. We would have given this a 5 apart from a few niggles, like gate, dryer and pool heater. These were all dealt with in a timely manner.

1 review An amazing place to stay, the villa was lovely and we couldn't want for anything. The location was great and there's plenty to do right on the doorstep. The only downside was having to leave! Would highly recommend it and we will definitely be returning.

What a great villa!
Even before we got there the brilliant idea of sending through a sat nav pre-loaded with the villa's exact location removed all the stress from the drive from Alicante airport.
Then you arrive at the house! Wow. Its decorated & furnished to a really high standard. Everything you need, you'll find. A fully loaded kitchen (even an induction hob), a great TV package, Play Station and books too. The more time you look around, the more you realise that there's everything to make your stay a positive one - Europe/UK plug adapters, extension leads, citronella candles, beach chairs & umbrellas, bikes etc. Wi-Fi was good unless everyone was streaming videos at once.
The pool was cleaned & heated (loved the changeable colour pool lights!!) for us and the hot tub was perfect too. All the beds are comfortable and we got a linen change half way through. Gallons of hot water.
The location is in a quiet residential street in Costa Nova about 5-10 minutes from Arenal beach and 10 minutes from Javea (Xabia) port & Old Javea town. All are worth a visit. It took us 75 minutes from Alicante Airport to the villa door (I'm no Lewis Hamilton) costing €6.95 on the toll road.
As well as the villa location, the sat nav was loaded with restaurants too. Very useful.
So much thought put into every aspect of the house. It makes for a really brilliant villa experience!
