Food was quite good there was something for everyone. Rooms were clean and bright. There were a lot of areas around the hotel that need a lot of TLC I understand that there is to be improvements going to be made. On the whole the staff are pleasant but a few don't even try to be courteous. The hotel is outside of Icmeleron the edge of the forest, so there is nothing else in the area. The bus runs every few minutes into Icmeler and Marmaris. At the moment it is difficult to get around the hotel if you have problems walking.

Room tip: Do not book top floor room

Visited Julian Forest Suites in the last week of September. Really very quiet, not that we minded that of course, but that definitely has an effect on the hotel itself, no evening entertainment, very very little in the way of daytime activities etc. Would have thought that a few extra bits would have been included given that it is all inclusive, bottles of water extra, safe extra, WiFi extra, was even told that pool cost 70TL! Was also a little disappointed with the attitude of the staff. Very poor work ethics all round, some would remain on the phone whilst they served you! Only one woman server, avoid is all I will say. I’ve been on many holidays in the past where the staff would come around the pool taking orders, bringing drinks to you. Not here. Considering there were no more than 8 people at any one time around the pool it would cost nothing for them to be a little more proactive. It’s not just for our benefit of course, if you’re well looked after you’re more inclined to tip! Even at dinner time, when you are finished with your beer your glass would be taken, but you’re not offered another one, you’d have to get one yourself. Staff generally just not amazing. Room was very nice but not in a good part of the hotel. We overlooked the slide pool on the end of the hotel, directly underneath us there was some sort of storage area/warehouse or even kitchen. Very noisy staff going in and out, frustrating at 7am! The Turkish Bath was worth it however, really very nice and not too bad money wise. Didn’t let anything effect our holiday however, nothing was particularly a major issue, we are always content to sit and lay in the sun all day and not go too far afield. Good for what we wanted but it could be made to feel a lot better!!

We have just returned from the JFS and although we enjoyed our stay in Turkey we did have some issues. The hotel was very quiet due to the time of year which was great, no fighting for sunbeds !
The bees were on the rampage stinging one lady five times. Staff were pleasant but were attached to their mobile phones, no entertainment due to lack of guests, yet still wanted 10 lira to play a game of pool. The room safe has to be rented, £28 for 10 nights, no free WiFi, and also although all inclusive , 2 lira for bottled water. Food was good, plenty of choice, only struggled once with the options. The rep told us we could use Julian and Julian marmaris yet the front desk tried to discourage us from doing so. The latter is better than the forest suites.
All in all not the best all inclusive we have stayed at, we met some great friends that made the holiday but we will not return.

We stayed here for a week in Sep it is joined on to Julian Forest App hotel next door we arrived early hours on Tue morning meet by reception he gave us our room no lights on outside so we ask if he can show us where our room is we went to bed when we woke up we look outside only 2 couples on the Sun beds and it was only 12 noon we had a look around both hotels and there was lot of people in the next door hotel and there was about 30 couples in both hotels in total there was no entertainment in the day or night at all the food was Limited it was cold and dry we cleaned our own plates sometime as the waiter was on he's phone or having he's dinner the rest of the staff phones was glued to there ears when they served you the waiter was on he's phone talking and serving you at the same time if I was the boss I will ban them and look after the guests that pay there wages and the bar staff were playing pool in the evening between them self and not looking after the bar the girl behind the bar did not smile or looked happy if you said good morning she will just look at you the girls behind the reception was standing outside all the time smoking or on her phone even the chefs was standing behind the pass on there phones I think mob phone here is a big problem for all staff as it was so quiet we made some good friends so some good come out of it.

Nice hotel in a peaceful location.
Lovely pools and plenty of outside space.Thankfully It was pretty quiet last week and I enjoyed my time there and have no complaints.
The suite was nice and food and staff were good.
