“Wonderful pet friendly break”

Fishermans Cottage is certainly small but perfectly formed!!
Perfectly positioned for the town and seafront this 1 bedroomed cottage is great for a short break, yes the stairs are steep, but perfectly manageable and the Welcome Pack from the owners is a great bonus with bread, butter, milk, teabags, coffee, sugar and home made lemon drizzle cake!!
The cottage is tastefully decorated and the bed was super comfortable.
Just a shame that good weather couldn't be booked when the reservation was made!
Definitely recommend a stay here - we'll certainly be back!

“Perfect location in a seaside town”

Located only minutes from the main street, shopping and the seaside - perfect! The cottage is cosy and warm and ideal for one. The welcome pack of essentials and delicious cake is a nice touch. I used as base for visiting House & Gardens in Norfolk and location great for me. Recommended eating spot on - Fish & Chips yummy & Red Lion good.

“Perfect Cottage for 2”

We arrived very late on Friday night for a 3 night stay after a 5 hour drive from Wiltshire. The entry code to the cottage was brilliant as we didn't have to worry about being held up en route. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us which included milk, bread, butter and cake. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and very cosy. We were both so pleased with what we saw when we arrived! The bed is amazingly comfortable and we made good use of the dining table as we're board game fans. It was just a perfect weekend.

Be aware: parking is in nearby streets and there can be fierce competition for spaces! We were lucky to find a space each time we tried by someone wrote in the guest book that they had to spend 2 hours driving around looking for a space in July!

It's also worth mentioning that the stairs are very steep (as it's an old cottage, no great shock there). This wasn't a problem for us, but worth sharing with potential fellow travellers.
