We were in town for my husband's high school reunion, and Joe's (and Precious') home was the perfect spot for relaxing between events. True Southern hospitality, beautiful music, and delicious breakfast all combined to make for a memorable weekend. Also, the location was great...it is an easy walk to downtown Natchez and the riverfront.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at JN Stone House. Joe is a wonderful host and an accomplished pianist. We enjoyed his piano recital the first night of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and was served on gorgeous antique china. Precious was an adorable added treat!

The evening musicale was a true joy, listening to Joe play classical music while we sipped on a glass of wine. The J.N. Stone House is historically so interesting. Joe presented the history and gave us a tour. We found our host to be a great chef as we enjoyed quiche and a ham dish, complete with scones and muffins. We truly enjoyed our accomodations at the J.N. House.

Room tip: We stayed in the cottage which was furnished with antiques. It was roomy and comfortable.

Joe and Precious were both very gracious hosts. Joe was also a very good breakfast cook with his own recipes. My wife and I also had the pleasure of a concert right there at his home. He is an excellent pianist giving background information on each of the pieces played He is the consummate southern gentleman having grown up in Natchez. We look forward to another visit

Our stay was memorable. We were fortunate to attend Joe's piano concert. It was a bonus event on top of very comfy lodging and fine breakfasts. We stayed in the cottage.
Location is excellent. We walked about downtown and also to the Magnolia Grill along through river.
Another plus was the fact that the house was on the Fall mansion tour. This provided Joe with the opportunity to talk about the history of the house and his family. He has an amazing grasp of history and is very well-spoken.
The B&B experience was first class. Joe made us feel like special guests.

Room tip: The cottage affords complete privacy. The other room in the main house affords an opportunity to explore the many artifacts on display.
