The hotel looks nice, great design and arts.
The rooms build quality is low, the hotel is one year old and things are already old.

Now for the worst part:
The pool's restaurant isn't open every day, and we checked it before but still told differently for the day we came. Without the restaurant there's nothing you can eat or drink there.

At the day we came there was a wedding in the middle of the hotel, didn't get notified before, meaning the event construction was around the pool, at the evening a lot of people and cars were around the hotel, and the day after there was a party in the pool with the guests big and loud speaker.
That's something you'd like to know before coming to relax.

This is a beautifully renovated hotel overlooking the Mediterranean. The atmosphere is calm and away from the usual Israeli hub-bun. The art throughout the facility helps in creating this atmosphere. The service is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious and plentiful without being overwhelming. The spa is lovely with mixed levels of masseurs. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are marvelous. Overall an excellent get away and relaxing experience.

There's a certain modern elegance to this wonderful hotel that is a true gem. The architectural details of the complex are matched with the owner's eclectic art collection. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and very well appointed. The staff is excellent. The views from the property are beautiful. The cuisine is fantastic. Overall it's the aesthetic of this hotel that draws your eye at every spot. It was an excellent choice for our family on our way to the North. A serene and excellent few days. I highly recommend it.

Overall we had a great time: The art around the hotel is outstanding, location is amazing the view is out of this world.
Parking is underground - great plus.
The Team are nice & professional & try to go the extra mile in order to help.
We booked a deluxe room - the room was well equipped. beautiful sea view - 2 balconies, comfortable bad that you would like to take home.
Breakfast was great, the restaurant area has a lot of different options to sit at.
Although we asked (pre-booked) for a late checkout and offered to pay – they didn’t find a solution for us – that was disappointing.
Pool restaurant isn’t open during the week (we found it strange) only over the weekend. Saturday the pool menu was week – do to the “Kosher Rules “.
The floor tile in the bedroom seem to be unclean – very strange, you can see this around the hotel in different places.
The entry to our room, the wall wasn’t clean, and the wood was cracked.
Hamam was great – though, the white ceiling is cracked.
Shower in the room – spots of black mold between the tiles, small but there.
I would expect more from a hotel at this level to be aware of the small details.
As I do admire what the owners are doing - I hope that the management will be attentive and improve.

The hotel is situated on a mountain overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, with foliage and small farms and fish ponds between the hotel and the blue ocean. The pool areas are ultra-modern, and there is comfortable seating around the entire pool desk with large umbrellas near all of the lounge chairs. There is also an indoor pool and a beautiful spa that we didn't use. There are a number of magnificent sculptures from the owner's private collection throughout the entire property, and the walls in all of the public areas are covered with interesting artworks from young artists and the owners private collection. Every time you go to/from your room feels as if you are in a museum, not a hotel. In addition, the hotel offers free guided tours of its art collection. The gym has all of the latest workout equipment but it is located in a room without any windows, the only disappointing aspect of our stay. The food and service were excellent, with a good wine list and interesting menu items. The breakfast was amazing - one should be sure to try the eggs on pita which is difficult to describe and but a pleasure to eat. The room we had was ultra-modern with two balconies with beautiful views. There are separate shower and toilet rooms within the bathroom area. The front desk staff is highly professional, with the patience to answer any and all questions. The hotel also hosts musical events in an acoustically designed auditorium. The town of Zichron Yaakov is a short walk and it is a delightful village with interesting shops, restaurants, and a pedestrian mall for leisurely walking

Room tip: Pay the small premium for the main building. All of the rooms there have magnificent views
