We went to Snooze on a Saturday morning, prepared for a wait. We were able to get seated immediately on the patio. The reason, the patio was in the direct sun in a semi-enclosed area with little air movement. That was the only complaint we have from our visit, next time we will wait for indoor seating. We had French toast and the classic eggs Benedict (there were 6 or so variations to choose from.) Our server was attentive and our meal arrived quickly. The French toast was served with fresh strawberries and was very flavorful. The eggs Benedict had smoked ham and served with a hash brown casserole.
Our meal was outstanding and we will definately go again and try something else from their menu.

We had a wonderful time to catch up when dining at Snooze. Because this is a Monday morning there was no wait whatsoever, we were showed to our seats by a wonderful new hostess, who took very good care of us.

At the table the server was very informational and helped us with our decision.

My daughter chose the flight of pancakes which was a large serving of the food while I had the green chili eggs benedict. Both of which were well prepared, served very hot, and very fresh. We were thrilled that the service far exceeded what we've seen on the weekends. We will return

We were in town and meeting friends for brunch. We arrived and there was a 30-40 minute wait. We waited a while longer until the rest of our group arrived and they sat us right as soon as everyone was ready. I am so glad we kept our name on the list and so did they (even though we were running behind)! They have a great menu from your basic 2 egg breakfast to an awesome selection of varying Eggs Benedict dishes, lite fare, and Sammies. I had the Bella!Bella!Benny and they were the best Eggs Benedict I've ever had. So fluffy, I could die :D There is just no other way to brunch than with a little "hair of the dog", so we were delighted to find out they serve a plethora of cocktails. Their staff is great and so fun. They have several locations in Colorado so it's likely there's one near you and if not, it's worth the drive. Lastly, I love the casual funky feel of snooze, on top of the memorable name, eggcellent dishes, and morning cocktails. We will definitely make it point to brunch at Snooze when we return to Colorado.

Tried something different with the breakfast tacos and they were great! Everyone at the table was thoroughly impressed. You can not go wrong here. Just be prepared to hang out and wait for a table as it's good and popular. Worth the wait!
