This beach is outstanding, gorgeous views from every angle possible. Water is very rough to swim in this beach,so be careful and would definitely not go in if you are not a great swimmer. As well, it shore breaks at this beach,so when walking it's shoreline , heads up !!!!!! But so incredibly gorgeous, don't miss it peeps!!!

Locals know this spot as Big Beach and Little Beach. They are different but the same. Big Beach is a great walking beach. It's the longest on Maui. Stroll near the water as the sand is loose and makes for tough going. Watch the shore break. The coral bottom is hard as concrete and just as forgiving.

On the other hand Little Beach is Maui's renowned clothing optional beach. It's hidden over a rock outcrop so families aren't offended. Get past the scenery and you'll find a great bodyboarding spot. It's on the left side along the rock. The ride goes on forever.

I just broke my ankle playing in the waves here. It's a beautiful beach, but the waves are strong. I am healthy and athletic, and got thrown down by a wave and my ankle snapped.

Great beach to spread out and find a space. I think it is a great beach for young families. There are lifeguards. The water is warm, and beautiful blue.

Our group of 4 went to this beach. You pull into this regular looking parking lot, get out and start walking basically down a roadway. All of the sudden everything opens up and you're now looking at this beautiful gigantic beach. Don't let the beauty fool you! The water is warm and fun to play in but the waves are strong and the undercurrent is very strong! Take care and have fun!
