Waiters that know the menu and guide you through a culinary tasting. You aren’t rushed off your table and only in Maui can you go to a restaurant of this caliber in dress shorts and flip flops. Awesome experience with fantastic food and service was top notch; when in Maui I highly recommend

Our first full day on the island, we had reservations at Wolfgang Puck's Spago in the Four Seasons Resort in Wailea. We watched the sunset from our table in the indoor-outdoor restaurant.

Two of our party enjoyeed the Kamuela Tomato Soup made with fresh ripe local tomatoes and local Kula basil. It was exemplary.

My Sautéed Hawaiian Coconut Crab Cake disappointed. For around twenty-five bucks, one lonely crab cake arrived on a plate with a few dots of Maui pineapple sauce and a few more dots of basil aioli. There was no discernable coconut flavour to the crabcake. There was a bit of crabshell in my portion. The sauces were insufficient to their appointed task.

Sweetness and I both had the monchong which was cooked perfectly but had very little flavour. The promise of additonal taste from the lobster sauce américaine was unfulfilled because there was so little of it on the plate.

She had the Lilikoi Cheesecake, garnished with Kula strawberries. I had a single scoop of their Lilikoi sorbet which was heavenly.

This was not quite as good a meal as the one we enjoyed here a few years ago but Spago is still a destination restaurant for us.

The views are amazing, especially at twilight, as the sunset colors make the food taste even better. The food was great - starting with the poke cones - a strange first taste and then they become addictive. Its like a sushi ice cream cone. The porkbelcy app was good too. The fish dinners were great. Good service and oddly, particularly great iced tea...

Had a fantastic business dinner at this location. Service is impeccable. I reccomed the beef steak - marinated and perfectly done. I did try the fish dish a little on the dry side. Service was far beyond exceptional. Everyone at our table felt like royalty. The view at sunset is spectacular.

Spago is perfection! Apps and entrees were perfect. The staff is attentive and the views are beautiful. The best restaurant I have tried on Maui.
