It started with the valet parking guys. Polite, helpful and professional. Went downhill, from there (momentarily). The girl that seats you had no clue what she was doing. She initially wanted to put the four of us in the lounge. In spite of the fact there were at least 10 open tables in the dining room. When we asked for the dining room, it took another 10 minutes for her to decide, run to others etc. She doesn't have a handle on her job.
We did end up in the dining room and were greeted by our waitress, a delightful young lady. It was her first night and she did a wonderful job. Three of us had the steak on the stone, outstanding to say the least. Cooked perfectly and coupled with the roasted red potatoes (crazy good), it made for a wonderful meal. My wife very much enjoyed her paella, for one, as well. A good time was had by all.
