It was a great overnight stay that included breakfast. My room was super clean, the staff friendly, professional and hard working. The hotel is located within walking distance to the main shopping centre and there's plenty of choices of eating places close at hand. It's also right beside the event centre. I was wary because my room was ground floor on the busy road side, but there wasn't any noise. Quiet night's rest. I recommend as an overnight stay. After an unexpected hospital stay, I tried to push my booking to a later date in a few weeks, any date, just one night, mid week as I travel for work a lot. They decided to decline and still expected me to turn up, knowing that I couldn't. $258 is no small fee. Decided not to stay here again. They're in their right to do that, but most hotels are accommodating.

Nice comfortable room for an overnight stay before travelling. Service was terrible and extremely unfriendly. Accidentally slept in due to jetlag, got a phone call at 10 minutes past checkout asking when we are leaving, then a knock at the door 5 mins later asking us to leave. Check out was 10am and we left at 10.20am. Very poor communication skills.
