We are always treated well at the Hyatt Regency Saipan. The staff is absolutely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We just need to have the Regency Club open earlier for breakfast (6:00 am vs 6:30 am) and put shades on the windows at sunset as the room is warm during this time.

We stayed at the Hyatt on Mother's Day weekend. Everything was perfect. We love that the hotel is in the middle of everything that Saipan has to offer. We could walk across the street to the Taste of the Marianas at American Memorial Park or anywhere in the Garapan shopping area so its very convenient. We had breakfast at the Kili Cafe on Mother's Day and despite being super busy, the wait staff were their usual pleasant and helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend the Chamorro dinner buffet on Friday's and drinks at the beach bar at sunset.

This is a fine property with all the amenities you would expect from a Hyatt. There are several bars restaurants a nice pool and a good workout room. The ocean views are beautiful and the property is physically adjacent to a lovely Beach. When I was there they were running a special that if you used a room charge you would receive 30% off on any restaurant on the property. That's a pretty good deal. The facility is somewhat older and could use a little upkeep here in there. All in all I would say this is a lovely property in an idyllic location.

Very very old hotel which requires full renovation. Just couple words about my room:
1. Hot water was not hot, just warm.
2. The water power at shower was very low.
3. I stayed 10 days and I've never had full set of towels. Always some were missing.
4. The slide door to the balcony broke one day and didn't close.
5. The water kettle didn't turn off by itself which was very dangerous.
6. The pillows have the same age as the hotel with hard pieces of something inside.
7. WiFi was awful, 70% of the time didn't work, so I've had to rent wifi device (100 USD per 10 days).
Good things:
1. The beach and the hotel territory are good.
2. Coffee was good.
3. Aircon worked properly.
4. The view is beautiful.
5. The staff was very friendly.
6. Big free parking.
Summarize:
It is not 5* hotel and doesn't worth its money. The fair price per night should be 3 times lower.
I hope my review could make this hotel better. Thank you.

We traveled to Saipan to relax and enjoy the sun/surf/sand for a few days. The Hyatt Regency Saipan offered a beachside option with a known, trusted brand. And it did not disappoint!

Upon check-in, the staff were courteous and efficient. They offered to move our bags to the room for us, which was quite welcome after hauling them from the airport.

The room had a great view of the ocean/beach and looked down on the splendid garden below. Certainly a serene view, and a relaxing place to enjoy morning coffee. The room itself was well adorned and everything worked as it should. The large, comfortable bed allowed for very restful sleep.

The proximity of the hotel to the beach (2 minute walk thru the garden- possibly a private beach?) made snorkeling, sunning and other beach excursions a breeze.

We took advantage of the swimming pool (very friendly lifeguards on duty) on several occasions and were quite happy with the facilities. Clean, well stocked with chairs (or whatever those reclining things are called) and plenty of room for our stuff without crowding. Get your towel and the towel-desk nearby, but don't forget to return it!

Overall, a very pleasant experience and well worth the price. Should we return to Saipan, the Hyatt Regency is at the top of our stay list!
