Excellent staff, great room, couldn't have been made more welcome; in short, how any hotel, budget or luxury, should be. Couldn't fault it and I am really, really picky! The road is close, I suppose, but the double glazing sorted all that.
Premier inn , stayed with family recently an it was a very comfortable, the lovely lady on reception Marie was incredibly helpful and very friendly she went out of her way to make our stay with kids so easy , nothing was too much trouble so a massive Thankyou, the restaurant next door was great food lovely an service was good , would definitely recommend an stay again..
hardly any sleep due to lorry noise outside window , 1.5 hour wait for food ordered 1st got food last, issue with breakfast timings and no refund for breakfast as staff could not sort a refund so ended up leaving late without a refund
