Shower temperature knob didn’t work!
Shower fan/ventilation didn’t work!
No heat lamp either.
Heater/Air Conditioner rattled and smelled of smoke.
Room was icy cold upon entering room, due to heat being turned off in 40* temps in January.

We were on our way to Seattle from Victoria and decided to go to Port Angeles rather than Peace Arch. The Red Lion has a great location reasonable prices,large ocean view rooms and is also pet friendly. The only downside was that the room was very cold when we checked in and it seemed to take forever to warm up.

Security doors to the buildings were not operating properly, allowing anyone off the street into the building. The guide on the satellite stated No Title Available, so you had to click on each and every channel just to see what was on. This never went away during our whole trip.
Room service was very helpful, when they found out one of our party contracted the flu.
Room was clean but not well stocked. We ran out of kleenex and toilet paper.

Room Tip: Due to lax security, could not recommend staying in ground floor.

Room was clean, & the hotel staff polite and professional. The free breakfast was the worst food I've ever tasted. Eggs were runny with a yellow-oily liquid running from them. We didn’t go back, but went else where for breakfast.

And I asked for the rooms together, but was not able to get that, and I’m not sure why as the hotel appeared to be mostly empty. My dad needed a handicap accessible room, and it was almost directly between the stairs in the ramp, which made his ability to get around, not very good.
