OK, it was a little pricey, but my $12.50 pastrami sandwich had a lot of well-cured meat on it, with spicy deli mustard. The rye bread was toasted before I could tell that I didn;t want it that way, but it still has lots of cunch and tasted great!

Visited the National Market. Not your average food court restaurants. Decided to eat at Shake Shack. Good choice! There were many more options that looked delish. Very chill, relaxing environment.

The Market is essentially a food court within the MGM. The options there are quite pricey. They do have a decent variety of outlets which includes sushi, pizza, deli, burgers, chicken, and crab cakes. There's also an ice cream place. These are not like what you would find in a mall and are more upscale hence the prices.

We opted for the burgers from Shake Shack which is always a good and safe bet. The prices from there were the most reasonable for a quick bite lunch.

I wish they would have put a buffet in the MGM which is typical for the majority of casinos.

There is a lack of breakfast options at National Harbor. The front desk employee at the Westin mentioned checking out the Market. It was a win. We had simple croissant sandwiches, raspberries and coffee for 2 people for $20. Very friendly gals working at the deli.
