“British Athletes training”
Our training group enjoyed a great stay in this lovely house. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the ample living space made our month long stay very pleasurable. It was great to be able to access the foothill trails from the front door and be able to easily drive to anywhere else we wanted to visit in town.

Dirty house that had countless problems. Patio/ backyard dirty with debris. Inside the house-dust, dead bugs, dirty linens, human hair/animal hair on floors,broken step on stairs, broken furniture. Not clean or well maintained. Water from the 2nd fl master bath shower, leaked down into the 1st floor on our 2nd night. Poor maintenance response and service from owner.

We are very sorry that your stay in our home in Albuquerque was not a pleasurable experience. We work very hard to clean and maintain our home to the best of standards. It is true that there was a leak from the shower that happened during your stay, as well as the stair tread. I wish that we could anticipate and fix problems before they happen but unfortunately that is not possible. response to problems that crop up is important and we had the plumber on the scene that day. I respond to email, text and phone and did so constantly during your stay.
The bottom line is that during more than three years as a vacation rental we have had dozens of 5 star reviews from another web site and have never had a complaint about cleanliness, in fact there have been many positive comments about our housekeeping.
We felt very bad about your stay and the leaky drain and as such refunded some money. I would normally do this in response to an unhappy guest.
We continue to strive for the best vacation home experience for our guests .
The bottom line is that during more than three years as a vacation rental we have had dozens of 5 star reviews from another web site and have never had a complaint about cleanliness, in fact there have been many positive comments about our housekeeping.

“Very comfortable home away from home.”
The owner was very accommodating and the house was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The views from front and back were spectacular. We loved our stay.
