This is a very family friendly Lodge to stay in. It’s was nice and peaceful and had everything we needed to accommodate our family. We had two adults and three children. The Lodge is conveniently located and was a very clean room. We hardly saw the owner except to check in and out... no problems place to stay with a reasonable rate for the area. Was nice to find a family priced accommodating place. Thank youparking was nice... no space that far from the room.

Stayed at this motel while on our first visit to Estes Park. Though the room was small it was clean and had what we needed for our stay. Our window faced the pool and hot tub but there was never a noise issue. Parking is not an issue either. Very close to downtown and RMNP. Only negative was the old, dorm size refrigerator in the room. Would recommend a new one. Staff was very helpful and polite. We would stay again knowing we could get a bigger room.

Thought we would try something a little different on this trip to estes. Tried peak to peak lodge. It was clean but not what we were led to believe in private. Had king room with private balcony and view. View was of street below and house to south. It wasnt private at all. Only good thing is it was clean and easily accessible to town.

Dear guest, thank you for your review. We are glad that you liked the clean room and the location. The room with king bed and balcony has its own balcony, not a shared balcony and no other balconies are next to it. The room is on the second floor of the motel with only 3 other rooms, it is not like the other rooms on ground level and where the parking lot is. The view is of Lake Estes and the surrounding mountains and above a neighborhood and a road.

We loved this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. We had a separate room for the kids and they each had their own bed. There was plenty of room to watch tv or play a game at the table. The WiFi worked great. Even though the hotel was full, it was still quiet and had plenty of parking. We enjoyed the pool each afternoon and it was never crowded. The location was convenient to all of our activities as well. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in town.

We are budget-minded seniors and are glad we were able to book this room.Granted, all that was available 2 months ago was a double bed-the room was dated, but clean. Bathroom very good. We had a microwave, mini fridge and small coffee pot. Situated right off the main road, it is a bit noisy. The gentleman at the desk was cordial and efficient, letting us check in around 2 PM. Would not hesitate to recommend this to other budget-conscious travelers.
