This is a "drive up to your door" motel. It is clean and neat but could use some minor repair. There was a blue stain on the tub/shower, the bed was very creaky and the complimentary continental breakfast was meager (served in the office...no seating available)...muffins, fruit, coffee and tea. The motel is in a good location. It is on the main road about 3 miles from Lubec's waterfront. It is also near to West Quoddy Lighthouse and Campobello Island.

This is a very clean and comfortable pet friendly motel! We, including our pet, enjoyed our stay! There is so much land to go for a pet walk; you can go on for a long long walk! The pet friendly rooms are away from the busy part of the motel so no noise, no barking. The room that we had was very big and very clean and comfortable! The owner checked with us to make certain that all was to our liking, she was very friendly! We would recommend it!

What a nice find! We stopped in Lubec on our way to Nova Scotia via Roosevelt Campobello International Park. Room 10 was very spacious with a large window looking out at the street. Two stuffed chairs, a desk area, and plenty of drawer space for everything made our stay quite comfortable. The room includes a microwave, small refrigerator, and 4-cup coffee maker with real mugs! Another delight was finding half-and-half creamers in the refrigerator. The delicious home-made blueberry muffins made for a very nice breakfast along with the fresh fruit, yogurt and coffee.

Room Tip: Rooms 9-20 are accessed from inside hallway; others have outside entrance & chairs or rockers outside door. Even numbers face the street.

We stayed at the Eastland Motel in Lubec, Maine in early August, 2017. What a gem. The owners are wonderful, friendly, accommodating. The rooms were large , comfortable, sparkling. Home-made blueberry and other muffins for a continental breakfast each morning. And if that isn't enough, the motel is close to the lighthouse and the town of Lubec which has great restaurants, particularly the Trade Winds Inn.. The Eastland Motel is right on the main highway. It's probably going to be a great idea to get a reservation in future as people start ot discover this great motel.

Wonderful clean, comfortable Motel. Our room as most was recently upgraded with new soft goods, fresh paint and the bath was totally updated. Convinent location on main route to Campobello Island National Park. Owners made us welcome and offered information on local resturants and must see sights. Free breakfast was a nice selection of local muffins, juice and very good coffee. Breakfast coversations with other renters were great. A bit out of town but I liked the location. Priced right!

Room Tip: All rooms were great as far as I could tell, we loved room 8
