Great stay! We spent 3 nights before in other hotel (a Hilton) and we suffered by allergy as soon we were into the room. That didn't here, so cleanness was evident. Bed and pillows: sooo comfy! We slept like on clouds!
We were on 12 floor and there's a nice view.
Cons: hour of a kickback was too early. We were out at that time. Could be extend may be at 9.

Stayed: November 2017, travelled with family

We had a great stay!! We did not get to take advantage of the free beverages and evening kick back since we were at Sea World too late, but the breakfast was very nice! They were constantly refilling it. Too bad the kickback couldn’t be later since we always were hungry after the park closed or at least had the sodas fountain open later than 10. The only issue we had was at night the ice machine made no noise and it woke us up a lot. The mattress was so comfortable!! I wish I knew what brand it was so I could buy one! The pool area was very packed with kids and very humid in there. My little one swam a bit , but didn’t stay long.. wish it could have some air come in somehow to ventilate in that area..Great two night stay and we would come again!!

Perfect location, we love the LaCantera area, did tons of Christmas shopping at all their nice shops in the area. There are wonderful places to eat in the area also. We did eat their breakfast and also enjoyed the 5-7 food items, everything was very good and FRESH! The staff was very friendly and helpful if needed.

Stayed here because we were going to Six Flags with kids. Would never stay here if not for being with kids and needing a deal. The hotel is conveniently located to Six Flags and is reasonably priced.
Pro's: Location, covered garage parking, free hot breakfast, appetizers and free drinks in evening, indoor pool, nice room layout (separate living area from bedroom is good for families). Pretty clean overall.
Cons: Older hotel. Decor really needs to be updated and looks pretty dreary. Found bedroom small for the size of the hotel. Low pricing had the hotel at full capacity which meant all the freebies were like Wal-Mart on Black Friday. I would have rather stayed some where newer for more $$ and with less chaos. No shuttle to Six Flags.

Room Tip: Hotel is right by highway - ask for odd numbered rooms facing land vs. streets

I love this place because they offer free breakfast and an afternoon meal with drinks. Also, no matter what time of year you visit, ,it's still awesome because they have an inside and outdoor pool. The hotel walks you right out to the riverwalk!
