We really enjoyed the ambience and the cocktails we ordered - definitely creative and unique. The meat and cheese board was sort of a miss, the apple jalapeno pork butter was our least favorite, the whole jar was full as no one ate past their first bite. Also pricey for having to guess if you'll like the items or not. We want to go back for dessert though, they sound delicious.

Took my vegan Granddaughter, serving n the Air Force, to Cured for a night away from Lackland AFB. James Beard award winner and all the cured meats were done on premise. Excellent meal and they offered vegan fare as well. Service was professional.

We ordered six different varieties but really loved the cured duck and a Lombardy sliced beef. I would ordered three of each with brwer’s crackers along with rough diamond ipa beer.

Sibling reunion in San Antonio to celebrate 152 years of marriage (2 50's, 1 52.) Dinner at Cured in The Pearl was a treat. I'm not a foodie, but the other five are! We were not disappointed at Cured. Let the wait staff help you pick your starter charcuterie. Brewer's crackers are the perfect accompaniment. We moved on to "Red Wattle" pork chops. Did you know red wattle hogs are raised for flavor? Excellent flavor! Also liked the grilled flat iron steak and scallops. The beet, avocado and citrus salad was gorgeous. Our hunger was Cured! (Couldn't resist. Not sorry.) Excellent evening.

Most times you cannot get good wine on happy hour, it's usually "house" wine which brings to mind large jugs or boxes from the grocery store. That is not the case here, there is a large variety of good wines at discounted prices available at happy hour as well as small plates. Plus, they serve you hard boiled eggs complementary. Staff was outstanding.
