We visited the Roundhouse on a Monday morning when there was lots of activity! What fun it was to view all the exceptional art amidst all the hustle and bustle of state government in session. It's a nice contrast to the many wonderful galleries in the city.

Beautiful building and incredible artwork in the rotunda. All N.M. artists. I would recommend going on the free tour, and if you're lucky the House will be in session in January. Easy walk to Plaza.

Loved walking down and discovering the passageways of the State Capitol building. But even more lovely is finding every wall covered with art.

I'm not an art lover, or have any knowledge about the fine arts, but this one held my interest. And the quilts on display at that time were also very good. It really added colour to what I usually consider a rather dull business of state management and dirty politics.

Parking is free, but hard to find. I enjoyed this place much more than in the touristy centre of Santa Fe.
