The hotel is very nice. The service was friendly. The bar has a great atmosphere. Music, drinks, all great. Can't beat the location.

I have stayed at this property several times over the last 30 years (it opened as a Best Western--much different today). Staff is excellent. Hotel has been nicely updated. Rooms are not large and bathrooms are also a little on the small side. Outdoor balconies are great. Restaurant is excellent. Very handy for walking around downtown Santa Fe.

Room Tip: King rooms probably are a little more spacious--not available when I booked. Plan ahead--fills ups...

The great service started with our valet parking! Each time we needed them the attendants were exceptionally nice and accommodating and very quick! My sisters and I loved the hotels rooms, bar and restaurant. We had 2 very spacious adjoining rooms with a patio outside, which was just great to sit and have coffee and plan the day. We stopped in at the bar several nights when we came in and let me say, the bartenders were excellent with the cocktails!! They were beautifully presented and original. We gave a couple of ingredients and they did the rest!! Cheers to you! For our last night there we celebrated my most awesome birthday ever with an edible adventure in the hotels' Luminaria Restaurant. The chefs created such wonderful New Mexican dishes. It was all very fresh and so tasty. Between the 4 of us i think we sampled almost the entire menu, including the desserts! The hotel location is great also. The town is so easy to walk around and most of it is an easy walk from the Loretto. Great shopping around, superb restaurants and fun night spots are all right there! This was probably the best vacation spot I've been to in the southwest.

High quality staff and great location made this weekend get-away a total success. The pool is very nice.

Room Tip: The bells of the churches are loud at 7AM.

I had a wonderful experience here, but my friend came one day later and her room was not available because the Inn was oversold. She was provided a room down the street, however, the hotel did not take her bag. Imagine having to pull your bag down the street several blocks after a long plane flight. The next day she still had to wait until 5pm to get into her room. My advice is to never come to the hotel when there's a conference being held there. It's a lovely city and so much to do, I'd stay at this hotel, but ask how many conferences are being held there before booking.

Beds are comfortable, had a great big balcony, candles in the rooms. Wish the fireplace was a working one. Loved the colors and authenticity of the hotel. Had breakfast in the main Restaurant and it was very good. Front desk was nice. Walking distance to the plaza.

Room Tip: Get a balcony room!

My Husband and I stayed at the Inn and Spa at Loretto this past Spring Break and had remarkable time! This Inn is so beautiful and full of the Santa Fe Culture. There is a lot to do inside the hotel and food at the Luminaria is amazing! They greeted us with smiles and treated us like royalty! Our room was fantastic! I highly recommend staying on the 4th floor and get a room with a balcony overlooking the Wonderful city of Santa Fe. Our room was right next to the chapel and at night the stained glass windows were breathtaking.

Room Tip: I Suggest the 4th Floor...
