My rating is based solely on the customer service I experienced. I booked my room about an hour and half before I was going to arrive. It was my two pets and me. I found out when I got there they have a pet fee of $20 dollars and with with 2 pets (heck even one), I hadn’t budgeted for that (nor did I feel like it was a fair price to charge for a budget hotel) I had been on the road for 14 hours and was alone with my animals. I understand if you have to stick with the policy, but then let me cancel! The woman working would not let me cancel my reservation. I had Priceline on the phone with her and I spoke with her as well explaining my situation. She refused to allow the cancellation, thus not allowing my refund.More
